Icon 007. Tuxedo
There's a man who leads a life of danger. To everyone he meets he stays a stranger. With every move he makes, another chance he takes. Odds are he won't live to see tomorrow.
Icon 007 in my year of icons is a little hat tip to a certain tuxedo-wearing, exploding-pen-using, secret agent. A James Bond icon? Sure. But you can also use it to represent formal attire, general savviness, or anything that needs a whiff of class or intrigue.
And yes, I did consider adding in a gun to give it an air of danger. But in the end, I decided to make the icon more versatile by not including a weapon. A tuxedo has multiple use cases, a tuxedoed gentleman with a gun? Only one. A rightly so. Consider this an homage.
